gsSCENE Jumps Into Community Service

gsSCENE, Myrtle Beach’s newest association of Young Professionals, is proving that they are more than just a social networking group. gsSCENE member, Wes Standish of Associated Insurors was instrumental in organizing volunteers to assist The Community Kitchen of Myrtle Beach. . Local Widespread Panic fan, Matt Polito worked with the House of Blues and the band’s marketing group to promote the food drive. Volunteers collected more than 150 canned goods and $300 during Widespread Panic’s recent 3-day tour at the House of Blues.
